So much has happened since George W. came to UNT! in between there was a lot of stress about homework... methods classes have been a breeze up until the very end! I was realistic and recognized that I was
NOT going to be working on
anything over my 10 day Thanksgiving break. For the first 2 days, I believe I went home... and tried to unwind. It was difficult getting out of the habit of waking up and not stressing. Then for the last 8 days of break Jager was in town! It was lots of fun, and full of activities, so those 8 days went by way to fast! We went out to eat a LOT catching up with a lot of friends. We did some shopping as usual, went to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving, and back to Arlington for his Thanksgiving, and then the Fouts Field Finale football game, a.k.a. the last UNT game at that stadium. We had to go... mainly because it was the last game, but also because if it weren't for all of those stinky, hot marching band rehearsals, Jager and I would have never known each other. So it's kind of sad :(
Here we are at the UNT game... GO MEAN GREEN! (we lost of course)

and here we are at Thanksgiving in Oklahoma:

So after Thanksgiving break, It was difficult getting back into the grind. I had SO MUCH to do. Monday and Tuesday were my last days at Ashley Elementary! I can't believe the first semester of student teaching is over! I spent my evenings preparing for my classes... I knocked out 2 major projects last week... I spent this past Friday taking a practice certification test, and once that was over I spent the rest of the day doing homework! I got so much finished!
I also saw the move "Black Swan" at the Angelika theatre right by my place. DONT GO SEE IT... unless you are prepared to get sicked out...
December 15th is my LAST day of the semester! EK! I will very much enjoy Christmas and New Years without a darn thing on my mind! January 3rd it's back to Ashley Elementary for my last semester of college!!!!!!
