Okay, so I should have taken pics during the process.. but I was too focused to stop and take pictures.
I got an 18''x25'' frame at hobby lobby at 50% off. ($22)
poster board cost 80 cents
Paint chips = FREE
I used my paper trimmer to trim the paint chips down to 2.5x2.5''. I had to play with the color order for a long time before gluing them down. I could totally but a new poster board and get different paint chips and switch out my colors according to the seasons!
