I'll start this blog off by saying, "Happy 19th Birthday Ryan!" (even though I am quite positive he doesn't read my nonsense blog)
Holy Moly September is almost over! WOO that is what I want... I just need to get through 8 more months! (Then I can worry about a summer job and getting a teaching job)
tomorrow is my LAST day in Kindergarten until I return in February! I will definitely be giving those kiddos hugs when they go home.. the next time I see them in class they would have learned and grown SO MUCH.
Alright.. since I'm not terribly excited about fourth grade coming up... I had to psych myself up somehow... I go to Fourth grade for 9 weeks and the semester is over! and in those 9 weeks, one week has Columbus day, and then there is Thanksgiving break.. so really I only spend 7 weeks with the fourth graders and since I only go Monday and Tuesday... that amounts to 14 days in total... not too bad!
When I went to my new teacher orientation in the beginning of August, the lady said the phrase, "it is going to be Thanksgiving like, next week..." that is very true! I feel like the month of October is so busy that Thanksgiving will be here before I have a chance to breathe. Jager (the boyfriend) is coming with me to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving this year so that should be fun!
I keep crossing my fingers for babysitting gigs. I have been able to stay in my very tight budget this month... it was hard but I did it. I finally got a babysitting gig for a family that I LOVED at the daycare, and they want to do a monthly thing, so hopefully I can have some more fun money!
I am debating whether or not I should get a UNT class ring or not..... when it was offered to me last year... I wasn't interested at all.. but I saw my room mate's ring, and I kind of want one... and even if i only "kind of" want one now... I will probably really wish I had one in the future... I still don't know though. If only money grew on trees!
