24 Day Challenge Prep

Well, I purchased a scale this week, and this morning was the moment of truth. Having not weighed myself in months, and before that YEARS... I had a "come to Jesus" moment with myself and went to the grocery store. I had a pretty long list, but all my time was spent in the produce section.

I need to make up my own chart to make sure I am taking the products when I am supposed to. It is kind of confusing reading all of these instructions!
