I am at the end of my 3rd day on the challenge and have not cheated once! That is huge for me by the way... I usually can't make it past day 2 on any diet or workout regimen. I'm very focused this time around.
I went through a lot of trouble to make this black bean soup that looked delicious on pinterest, and it was AWFUL!!!! I bought 2 spices for it at $7 a pop too! The only things other than fruit and vegetbales that I have had are eggs, turkey, flounder, and tonight I made TACO SOUP!!! omg that food is so comforting, and exactly what I needed on day 3! It will also help get me through days 4 and 5 for sure :). I made it with Jennie-O lean turkey instead of ground beef so hooray for healthy food that is delicious!
I'm never hungry. I feel like I'm always eating something. Ive had 9 glasses of water each day as well. I have to pee every hour!
There were cupcakes offered to me at school yesterday for a students birthday and cookie cake today. I don't think the temptations will ever leave me alone...
