It has been a very busy 2 weeks for me, and anytime you are out of your normal routine, those new found healthy changes you've made in your life take a huge hit. I made so many bad eating decisions I thought FOR SURE I was going to get back to my apartment, weigh myself and see weight gain. The only thing I have been able to keep up with consistently is my Couch to 5K app (Week 6!).

Anyway, I got home, decided to face the scale, and I had lost weight! Shocking! I am afraid though that it may catch up with me this week, so I am going to be working extra hard to keep up my running, get back into my Jillian Michael's DVDs, and eat right.

To date I have lost a total of 20 lbs!
