So I am about to be moving into a new apartment and into a classroom. I have started the purging process. It feels good to have boxes of goodwill things and it makes me feel lighter. I am currently working on my "desk/office" area in my apartment.
I have a weird thing about pens, pencils, and hi-lighters. . .
First off, I have way too many. But then I think, "oh well I will just keep a few for my apartment and take the rest to my classroom." Teachers have pens in multiple locations throughout the classroom for whenever needed.
Why am I so attached to my pens? I start to go through them and I dont want my "good" pens to go to the classroom in fear that they might get stolen. However, I know I will be USING more pens there since I am about to practically live at my school. I am sure that when it comes down to it, I will end up shuffling pens from apartment to classroom anyway. Why am I so attached to my UNT pens that I have gotten for free? This is all ridiculous and making me feel like a crazy person!
Wish my luck in the rest of my sorting... 1 pencil cup down... 3 to go...
