So I had an interview last week for a 5th grade Math/Science position at a Frisco ISD school. I did not get the position but am fine with it. Whatever is supposed to happen will!

Monday I had a quick interview for a long term sub position at a different school. The position is for 5th grade Writing/Social Studies (best subject!) and it is a 4 way rotation. I would teach the same thing 4 times a day. And the teacher is planning on staying out for 8 weeks.

Yesterday I had a short "audition" and taught the 2nd period class (the tough group) The Assistant principal only had good things to say about me and said they would get with me when they have decided who they want the sub to be. I guess we will see how that goes!

At this moment I am just trying to get into the holiday spirit and enjoy Christmas with family and friends! I have done all of my Christmas Shopping (I think) and am trying to relax.

Tomorrow I am going to visit my old class for their Christmas Party. I need to finish writing all of those cards tonight!
