4 AM Update on a School Night?!

I woke up around 3 :30 this morning, looked at my clock with my horrible eyesight and it looked like a really blurry 7:30, so I had a minor heart attack, put on my glasses and saw that I could still get a good 2.5 hours of sleep! Normally this would make me super excited and I would be out in a matter of seconds.

This time is different. I'm feeling the joys of stress in the workplace again. Today well Yesterday was our first day of Tier time. it went smoothly, but I was going non-stop the entire morning. To top it off I had a Student Council Meeting at 7:20am. Today it's the same sort of thing. I have tutoring at 7:20, and 3 groups of Tier Time. My class was supposed to be covered during the 3rd grade and 4th grade Tier times. It is a lot of work pulling the things your class needs to do together with instructions for someone to "cover" for me. I expect that it all get done because I would have gotten in done, but when someone is coming in for just 30 minutes, they pretty much just want to hang out and talk with my kids. So some stuff might get finished up, or the adult supervising will TELL them what my instructions are, but the kids tend to take advantage and get off task.

While staying at school until 6 preparing items and notes for not one but two people that are covering my class, I received an email from our Librarian (one of those 2) saying she wan\sn't scheduled to cover my class in the morning. So since I got that e-mail, I have been stressed out thinking about what to do with my kiddos in the morning.

I don't like that I have to be separated from my class so much. They get a slew of random people coming in and out of the room. I'm not able to monitor their progress, or what they need extra help with, and they aren't managed well when I'm not there.

My poor computer is so sad right now. It has lasted me since the summer before I started College. I need a new one desperately, but have to pay off the bills first! I hope it can make it that long!
