New Upstairs Neighbors

I'm not sure if I ever blogged about my old upstairs neighbor... I know most of those who read my blog probably heard about him. I'll do a little refresher. He was a very large man... 400 lbs at least.... He cracked the bathtub and gave us a leak in our apt. When he walked, the ceiling would shake, and it sounded like things were cracking in the walls. He moved out before the crazy snow storm in February. It has been nice living in an apartment with a quiet ceiling... until last Friday....

My best friend Madison and I went out to the pool on Memorial day. There were a lot of people at our apt pool that day because it was memorial day... Madison has these large wing tattoos on her back. This guy approached us on the lawn chairs to ask her where she got her wings. They had a short exchange about how pretty her tattoos were and where she got them done. He had a lot of tattoos on his body, but looked pretty sloppy. (Not like I'm a tattoo connoisseur or anything..) He mentioned to us that if we ever needed a tattoo, that he does them out of his apartment for half the parlor price (He just did a chest piece in his apartment this weekend apparently.. )

"Wait.. What? Do you do Tattoos for fun, or is it like a business?"
"Oh it's like a business! It's legit and sh** with sterile needles and equipment and everything!"

First of all.. it is against the lease agreement (and probably the law) to run a business out of your apartment.

He informed us that he lived in the building "right over there" *points to my building*

Madison asks "what's your apartment #?"
1534.... the one right above mine...

He is 21.. lives with his "homie" and has a 2 year old. His name is Malcom.

He also smokes on his balcony every night.. with his baby chillin outside as well..

Caroline and I are thinking about sharing this info with our other neighbor Michael.. he would do a good job of telling the apartment complex. We don't want freaky people coming up to our apartment to get some shady tattoos...

I will be steering clear of any trashbag I see by the trash pick up in case there are any needles poking out.. gross.

This is the point where I always become THAT neighbor and just complain and complain to the office until they do something about it!!
